This course is designed and mentored by Chayanika Sarkar. She has been working in the Education industry for last 15 years. She began her career as a PGT teacher and completed American TESOL & Trinity Graded Examination for Spoken English alongside.
I am an Indian guitarist originally from Kolkata, West Bengal. I have been learning and teaching music for the last 30 years. At a young age, I realised that music was my passion. So, I took it up as a profession for life. I am blessed to have the opportunity to learn the art of discipline and hard work from my teachers. And pass it on to my students to flourish well in life. I have been associated with 'Be proficient in English from the beginning.
I am Ankit Swarnkar from Korba, Chhattisgarh. I have completed my higher secondary from Korba. Currently, I am pursuing my bachelor's degree from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyala (Khairagarh). I am studying Indian Classical Music as a vocal student. I have been a core member of Be Proficient In English team for more than a year. I aspire to be a good musician and a good human being.
I am Namrata Yogi, a self-taught artist based in Mumbai, India. I had a flair for creativity from a very young age and expressed it through art. After graduating with Psychology in 2016, I rediscovered my passion for painting, following which I decided to pursue it as a profession. I have experimented with various mediums, including Oil & Watercolor, while primarily working with acrylics. I derive inspiration from Nature. I also work as an illustrator, producing digital art and creating logos. I also conduct painting workshops for Adults and Kids, make tutorial videos for You tube, and do photography and make videos in my spare time. I have been associated with Be proficient in English for last two years.
I am Soumini Paul, a painter and illustrator based in Kolkata, West Bengal. I had a deep interest in painting and decided to follow my passion since childhood. I learned painting, especially drawing landscapes, from famous professional artists in Kolkata, and I love creating stories through my art. I am one of the founder partners of the restaurant "Calcutta 64", one of the renowned cafes in Kolkata and a Trustee of an NGO named "Soulful Steps" - we work for the benefits of the special needs community. I have been associated with ‘Be proficient in English’ form the beginning.
I am Kashit Sarkar, son of Mr. Mayukh Sarkar and Mrs. Chayanika Sarkar. I am a student studying science in junior college. I love painting geometrical designs and creating abstract art with acrylic colours. I enjoy listening to Bengali suspense and horror stories and writing short stories in English in my free time.
